STEPS FOR ORDERING
1. Once a preorder is posted on our website we will make a post on the group letting customers know. Customers can go to the website at anytime during the preorder and place their orders.

2. PLEASE LOOK OVER ALL ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM IN THE MAIL.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RECEIVING A WRONG ITEM OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM.

4. Refunds/credits can only be offered within 3 days of receiving them. This would pertain to damaged items or wrong sizes received etc.

5. If a customer needs to return an item due to a defect we will send a postage paid return label to the customer's email. Items must be in the original bag with tags attached. Once we receive the item the customer will receive a credit/refund depending on the issue. We will NOT refund if items have been worn, washed, are without tags or without the original bag.

6. We do not refund for items bought off extras or a preorder if a customer changes their mind. Please choose your size carefully because we can not change sizes once the order is placed. Once an order is placed there is no refund.

7. We DO NOT check private messages on facebook. If there is a problem with your order, have a question or concern please only email us. sweetlaroseclothing@gmail.com

8. If emailing with an issue with your order please include ALL PICTURES of defects of the items and your order number/what preorder you ordered from.

9. We recommend always washing your items by handwashing or gentle cycle wash and laying flat to dry.
